Road to IPO

Asian insurers are still young compared to counterparts in the US/UK/EU/Japan and thus overtime they will go to the public markets through IPO. Ishka is well prepared to support the insurers in their journey to IPO.
There are quite a few pre-requisites for the insurers successful IPO, to name a few, these could be having a strong balance sheet, visibility of cash flows, a simple story-line that investors could relate to Preparation for these needs to start 3-5 years ahead of the IPO ambition and thus we believe that lot of value addition can be done by Ishka.
